9. When you’re satisﬁed with the image settings, click the Scan

button.

The scanner now re-scans the item and displays the ﬁnal image as a

thumbnail on the PaperPort Desktop.

on the CD for more information about using the PaperPort software.

ADJUSTING SCAN SETTINGS IN PAPERPORT

You can adjust the scan settings for scanning from within PaperPort to

ﬁne-tune the scanned item. This section tells you how to:

■ Select a predeﬁned scan setting.

■ Customize a scan setting.

■ Scan in color.

■ Adjust the brightness and contrast.

■ Select the area of the item you want to scan.
